hughhowey TMobile I feel for you, but this makes me happy to be a TMobile customer. So many people use their cell phone to verify other things. If your number/SIM is compromised, it could be game over for your digital life, and your regular identity by proxy.

hughhowey TMobile I appreciate that in this situation, you're frustrated as a legitimate customer with an actual problem, but 99%+ of people with your scenario (lost phone, new sim, can't access old email, etc.) are trying to steal an identity. I'm glad there are safety checks that are blocking it
