davidfrahm RactiveJS stenciljs I've heard some recommendations, but so far I haven't tried it. I'm not really into TypeScript and the fact that in order to "share" the components you still have to have a build step/compilation has turned me off. I presume the output after compilation isn't very human readable.On twitter.com
