      1. OOH: default-to-checked opt-out things are a dark pattern. OTOH, one of Colorado's defining characteristics is it's nature and wildlife, and you should have to say "Nah, I want to pollute the environment but not support our parks" in an explicit way. JonMurray/1407038352772194311

      As a person who's never once purchased a park pass, I would welcome this additional fee.

    And if it means I don't have to figure out if I'm breaking the law by accidentally driving into a park, all the better. (Plus trying to figure out HOW to get the passes is a real pain. All around win)
