    1. So this experiment is over. Short results: It's 100% untenable on a Windows development environment. I spent the vast majority of my time on Windows in Sublime trying to tweak everything from my system to my drivers to plugins to get it working.     I'll try to write up a blog post at some point on this referencing the notes I took, but the result is: I've switched back to VS Code (begrudgingly) because while there are PLENTY of annoyances, at least it's also free.
