      mdanbom If they're doing things "right" (I can't gauge the absolute correctness of the known "best practice") then they probably have feature flags that they can toggle on and off without redeploying the entire twitter.com app. If a defect appears, they can switch it off fast

    mdanbom So presumably they turn it on, gather some info (general usage) or notice error rates spiking, and immediately flip it back off.
