      1. I don't understand the pearl clutching horror of people who think editing Tweets would destroy Twitter. Do you all understand that URLs are free? They're totally free. You can make as many of them as you want. Here's an idea: /[tweet]/revisions/[revisionId]

    Embeds will still work (they will show the tweet you embedded) and the Twitter app/site can have a choice: always show the latest revision, or always show the original.
