      Honestly, I should probably just do this type of work myself. Plumbing is terrible, but the only really critical work is natural gas stuff. Ultimately, I'd like to get rid of natural gas anyway, so that's a one-time "please install a new 60A circuit" with an electrician.

    If I don't have hot water today, I'm totally putting this company on blast here on Twitter. If I DO have hot water today, I'm still probably not using them again.
