      1. For a decade, I've been literally perfect with paying bills on time, and now... Payments made online magically never process, recipients can't tell me whether their systems are ACH or eCheck (yes there's a difference, and it matters), auto pay either doesn't work or takes months

    The more I'm exposed to businesses the less shocked I am that anything bad at all happens and the more shocked I am that anything even moderately neutral happens. The people making the world go around are so... Incompetent.
