And by the way I don't care about Gabbard at all, and I disagree with practically all the "wars" we've been engaged in. This is not a defense of a politician but rather a remark that perhaps the brand should silence itself.

An addendum: this is why the Dems can't do shit. When being progressive is sniping at all the people that don't fit some goalposts that keep shifting around, you're either a huge asshole (D), a huge asshole (R), or some amount of functionally dead.
