Straithe I bought a Sony α6000 a couple of years ago. Not necessarily making that rec for you (although the camera is great). I mostly mention it because I love mirrorless cameras. The weight and body size reduction is great for me (prosumer) and I don't need to lug around a massive DSLR.On twitter.com

Straithe Main complaint is the image sensor is EXTREMELY exposed when swapping lenses, which leads to dust on the sensor (and thus often ruined images you don't notice until later) unless you're extremely careful changing lenses. Will be the case with most MILC.Permalink On twitter.com
