    StevePaulo slicknet Denver-area resident here. The winters used to be a lot worse, but climate change has brought them down to barely noticeable. You *might* get one or two storms that dump a foot of light, fluffy, snow. That's rare. Summers are getting worse, though, very hot.

      StevePaulo slicknet Hot = 100+F at the worst. But both the hot and cold here are not like coastal or midwest hot and cold. It needs to be experienced to understand. Most coastal people don't understand what a dry hot or dry cold is until they experience it. It's very manageable.
