      @JudgeOfTheDivin It's probably GPU-related, and you can probably get away with software fixes: reddit.com/r/obs/comments/ath3vt/streaming_with_gtx_1060/ That said, a 7700 and a 1060 are both nearing the end of their lives. I'd plan for an upgrade in the next 18 months. (Double RAM, too)

    @JudgeOfTheDivin For the record, I just bought this: pcpartpicker.com/user/rockerest/saved/#view=k8rHxr Future plans are to upgrade to the 5950X and the RTX 3080 (maaaaaybe a Radeon 6900XT, but I don't think so) when they're available.

      @JudgeOfTheDivin If you can stretch an upgrade into 2022, the new Zen3 AMD chips might be out, and they'll probably knock your socks off.
