    @yesiwebto elonmusk JeffBezos This is true, but your initial claim (and why this isn't our business, ostensibly) is that it's just a tax on those people, not everyone. My assertion is that it is: walled garden -> substantial userbase -> leverage over developers / businesses -> hindering the web outside AAPL

      @yesiwebto elonmusk JeffBezos It's the leverage that Apple has because of their captive audience that flows out to the rest of us by hamstringing everyone to the LCD. It's not my business what phone you buy, but it IS my business when a company is able to lower the capability bar without my agreement.
