Is it just me getting old with aging eyes, or have vehicle lights gotten so bright over the last 5 years that a single vehicle can now temporarily blind everyone around them with less than a second of exposure?Permalink On twitter.com

There should be a temperature and lumen cap on vehicle headlamps that is dramatically lower than whatever is being created right now.Permalink On twitter.com

By "we" I mean regulators. Isn't it already illegal to intentionally blind drivers? If so, how is it legal to sell these vehicles? If not... Why not?Permalink On twitter.com
