    It's possible this is a function of the type of feedback: all have been positive and short. I'm no sociologist, but I imagine that people want to be associated with the praise they give, but would be less likely to want to be associated with criticism.

      This may also explain both the low feedback rate and the skew: If you don't trust that it's ACTUALLY anonymous, you probably won't leave a critique on the off chance it sours a working relationship. gitlab.com/rockerest/gitlab-feedback (It's anonymous! I promise!)
